Heatpipe Heatsink
Compared to conventional cooling materials, heat pipe technology can be considered a breakthrough. It can provide high thermal conductivity at small temperature differences.
A heat pipe consists of three parts: a sealed hollow tube (usually copper), a wick (or capillary) and a working fluid. In applications, the part of the heat pipe near the heat source is called the evaporative end, and the end near the cold source (such as the fin) and away from the heat source is called the condensing end.
