Pioneer Thermal research design team will do the thermal simulation and work out the flow channel based on the customer’s system condition, make the customized copper pipe heat sink per each customer’s individual requirement; as for the manufacturing process, Pioneer Thermal can provide the friction welding, brazing, and buried pipe technique. To keep the flatness of the heat source contact, will machine the surface by CNC to keep the better interface, reduce the contact thermal resistance. Before the shipment, we will do 100% on-line thermal test.

Aluminum base: extrusion process
Copper block: CNC machining
Heat pipe forming: automatic heatpipe bending
Aluminum base nickel plating, heat pipe anti-oxidation
Assembly: aluminum base, heat pipe and copper block assembled and soldered, then fly cut the base to reach certain flatness
